About Therapy
Sex and Relationship Therapy is challenging from the outset as they can feel personal and intrusive. I understand and appreciate that therapy is a brave decision and that this is amplified when it focuses on the most private part of life. My goal is to help people dealing with sexually related challenges to work on their challenges by exploring them in a caring, supportive atmosphere. Starting therapy is a big step and shows real courage. Most people have struggled for some time before they reach the therapist’s door. I attempt to provide a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space to work through inner obstacles that hold you back.
